The Government of Romania has adopted an emergency ordinance 7/16.03.2016, on some measures to accelerate implementation of infrastructure projects of the trans-European transport and for amending

and supplementing certain enactments.. Emergency ordinance regulates the necessary measures to accelerate implementation of the trans-European transport infrastructure projects in order to ensureinterconnectivity between the national / regional transport network with theEuropean one and to remove the bottlenecks in the implementation of these types of projects.
