Secretariatul Comun pentru Programul Interreg V-A România-Bulgaria are 3 oportunități de angajare. Aceasta este o oportunitate captivantă de a vă alătura unei echipe internaționale care lucrează în domeniul dezvoltării teritoriale și regionale.

Biroul Regional pentru Cooperare Transfrontalieră Călărași pentru granița România-Bulgaria caută să angajeze experți pentru a-și completa echipa, după cum urmează:

a)Experți evaluare - 3 posturi vacante cu fracțiune de normă, după cum urmează:

I   1 post - Inginer construcții, ce au codul: EEIC;

II  1 post - Specialist mediu și ecologie, ce are codul: EEM;

III 1 post – Inginer IT, sisteme geo-informatice, ce are codul: EEIT;

PROCEDURA DE APLICARE

Aplicația trebuie să includă următoarele documente scanate:

  1. Un Curriculum Vitae detaliat – Format EUROPASS.

  2. O scrisoare de intenție, nu mai mult de o pagină.

  3. Copii ale documentelor suport relevante privind studiile și experiența relevantă menționate în CV (diplome, certificate, scrisori de recomandare, certificate privind îndeplinirea în prealabil a unor activităti/contracte, daca este cazul, etc.);

  4. Declaratie pe propria raspundere privind conflictul de interese (Anexa 4 la Regulamentul de organizare si desfasurare a procesului de selecție)

Curriculum Vitae trebuie să includă următoarele referințe:

  1. Codul postului vacant pentru care aplică (și anume EEIC/EEM/EEIT);

  2. Adresa de e-mail pentru comunicarea rezultatelor procesului de selecție.

În baza aplicației depuse, comisia de selecție va selecta aplicațiile care îndeplinesc condițiile procesului de selecție care au fost stabilite în cadrul anexei 2 a regulamentului procesului de selecție. Cel târziu pe parcursul zilei de 7 noiembrie 2023, candidații din cadrul listei scurte, ce au fost “acceptați” să participe la interviu, vor fi informați prin intermediul adresei de e-mail consemnată în aplicație, cu privire rezultatul primei etape și vor fi invitați la interviu.

Atenţie!!! În cadrul interviului cunoștințele și abilitățile candidaților vor fi evaluate (pe baza bibliografiei procesului de selecție), interviu care va fi organizat în data de 09 noiembrie 2023.

CONDIȚII DE ANGAJARE

Posturile ocupate vor fi contractate de către Biroului Regional pentru Cooperare Transfrontalieră Călărași pentru granita România – Bulgaria.

Posturile vacante sunt cu fracțiune de normă și activitatea se va desfășura în regim de telemuncă, în conformitate legislația din România.

DURATA CONTRACTULUI

Candidatul acceptat ar trebui să confirme disponibilitatea cât mai curând posibil.

Candidatul acceptat va fi angajat de BRCT Călărași pe o perioadă determinată de 2 luni, cu posibilitatea prelungirii duratei în funcție de necesitatea identificată la nivelul biroului.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

The positions will be contracted on behalf of the Cross Border Cooperation Regional Office Călărași for the Romania–Bulgaria Border.

The positions with the codes CECH02/AECH03/FECH are fulltime equivalent and the positions with the code AECH04 are part-time. In addition, all the positions are based in Calarasi and governed by Romanian labor law.

CONTRACTING PERIOD

The selected candidate should take up the assigned position starting as soon as possible.

The interviews and the written tests with short-listed candidates will be held on 18th of August 2023, at our headquarters, Chiciu area, Calarasi County (please check the attached map).

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

The positions will be contracted on behalf of the Cross Border Cooperation Regional Office Călărași for the Romania–Bulgaria Border.

The positions with the codes CECH/AECH01/ACH are fulltime equivalent and the positions with the code AECH02 are part-time. In addition, all the positions are based in Calarasi and governed by Romanian labor law.

CONTRACTING PERIOD

The selected candidate should take up the assigned position starting as soon as possible.

Successful applicant will be employed by the CBC ROC as follows:

  1. for a 12 months period for the positions with the codes AECH01 and AECH02;
  2. for a 5 months period for the positions with the codes CECH and ACH.
