According to the Bulgarian national legislation - Decree No. 118 / 05.20.2014 of the Council of Ministers, Bulgarian beneficiaries are required to publish

on the programme website the documentation for procurement procedures. In this regard, the Мanaging bodies drew up guiding rules in order to post on the website the procurement documentation, which are now available in the section Rules of Implementation (Programme Rules) of the website.
