The failure to fill in or incorrectly filling in the contact e-mail address of the contracting authority/entity in the field EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE AND PUBLICATION IN OJEU within the section GENERAL INFORMATION - in the profile of the contracting authority/entity in the Electronic Public Procurement System (SEAP) has generated blockages in transmitting for publication or even non-publication of initiation/award notices for which publication in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) is mandatory.

Thus, it is mandatory to fill in only one contact e-mail address belonging to the authority/entity in the field mentioned above and not the e-mail addresses of other entities. It is also recommended to check, fill in and correct, as appropriate, the contact e-mail address in relation to OJEU of the contracting authority/entity, according to the instructions provided in the video tutorial available on the SEAP website: https://e-licitatie.ro/pub/archive/manual-and-video/100000420.
