Children’s educational risk prevention crisis package

The project has as overall objective to develop an innovative educational toolkit and to conduct wide promotional campaigns in the field of efficient risk prevention and management.

How is it going to happen?

What will be the results (what’s the contribution to the Programme)?

Programme outputs: 29 people benefiting from actions of risk management,1485 people benefiting from flood protection measures, 1485 people benefiting from forest fire protection measures

Project status

The following progress was registered so far:

The cross-border risk management research in District of Vidin and Dolj county is uploaded in the e-MS system. The research was used for f a script developed by a play writer for the educational theatre product, multimedia educational tool, for the design of a teacher's guide, for the content of the web-based C.A.R.E platform and for the children puzzles.

The Cross-Border pool of experts was created and has organized 4 meetings. The purpose was ensure the quality and compliance of the educational tools with the existing educational programs and the requirement for preparation of the children, on how to react during emergency situations.

The activities for the creation of the theatrical play, the elaboration of the specific theatrical equipment (decor, puppets, costumes, etc.) and the delivered technical equipment (lighting, microphones, etc.) for the theatrical production were finalized.

For the multimedia product in Romanian and Bulgarian languages, the copies on DVD - 350 in Romanian language and 350 in Bulgarian language were realized.

The Premiere of the theatrical performance took place on 10th of October and the first out of the 8 puppet theatre performances among the target group was held in Vidin on 15th of October.

Posters for the theatre performance - 50 copies in Bulgarian language and 50 copies in Romanian language and Informational leaflets for the theatre performance - 500 copies in Bulgarian languages and 500 copies in Romanian language – were designed and printed.

A press conference was held on 1st of October in Craiova and a newspaper article was published one article in a newspaper, namely "Cuvantul Libertatii", on 2nd of October 2020. Furthermore, project informational brochures in Bulgarian, Romanian and English language – 800 copies in Romanian, 800 copies in Bulgarian and 400 copies in English language were prepared.
