On the 3rd of September, at 17.00 o’clock in Elena Municipality will take place the grand opening of the art gallery, newly built within the project “Culture in Eternity”, ROBG – 423, implemented in partnership of Elena Municipality and Territorial Administrative Unit – Medgidia municipality under the Interreg V-A Romania – Bulgaria Programme.
