Between July 15-18, 2021, Balchik Municipality organizes two artistic events during which you can let flow your musical talent: Piano Days and Jazz Nights in Balchik.

The events are organized in the context of the project ROBG - 422 "Synergy of nature and culture - development potential of the cross-border region", implemented by the Municipality of Balchik (Bulgaria) and the Territorial Administrative Unit Municipality of Mangalia (Romania), and funded by the Interreg V-A Romania-Bulgaria Programme
