The Managing Authority issued the Instruction no. 11/14.11.2019 for beneficiaries of the Interreg V-A Romania-Bulgaria Programme related to suspension of the implementation period requested by project partners in the situation of a modification of the project partnership. This instruction clarifies the interpretation of article 7, paragraph 18 of the financing contracts and article 7, paragraph 16 of the co-financing contracts.
