Due to the provisions regarding the spread of COVID – 19 pandemic mentioned in the new order issued by the Bulgarian Minister of Health, the organisation of the events planned to take place in Veliko Tarnovo during  7th – 11th of September, within the project ROBG – 576 “Art and Culture – Common cross border assets in support of sustainable tourism development”, by the Lead Beneficiary – Veliko Tarnovo municipality and Beneficiary 3

– Face for Art and Culture Foundation has been modified as follows:  the performances within the Urban Art Festival will be held without audience and  will be livestreamed and the official opening of the “Boris Denev” Art Gallery will be organised strictly abiding the new COVID – 19 measures.
