The Managing Authority issued the Instruction no. 10/01.11.2018 for beneficiaries of the Interreg V-A Romania-Bulgaria Programme regarding the amendment of contract provisions following the entry into force of the Regulation no. 679/27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data

 and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The Instruction no. 10/01.11.2018 is available here.
