We organized today a visit for media representatives to one of the projects we finance: “Community Opposition of Disastrous Events”.

The goal of the visit was to present the progress made by the Romania – Bulgaria Interreg V- A Programme as well as the results obtained so far by the project. This project benefits of a budget of 280.566,42 euro, its target is to increase the local capacity for disasters’ prevention in rural areas of Romania-Bulgaria border region and is implemented by Vasiliada Association from Craiova, Romania, in its quality as Lead Beneficiary. The event was organized by the Programme Joint Secretariat (JS), organized within the the Cross Border Regional Office Calarasi for the Romania – Bulgaria border (CBC RO Calarasi).
