Project Implementation Manual

The Programme bodies have revised the Project Implementation Manual, which should be useful in your project implementation.

Before using one of the templates in this document, check with the Programme Joint Secretariat (contact details are available in the Contact section).

In order to make sure the process of addenda approval is a smooth and quick one, the Programme would like to clarify how you can request an addendum. This is complementary to the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual (will be included at the first revision of the document). The list of documents that need to be submitted to the Joint Secretariat in case of contract modification through an addendum is:

1. Request for modification, including justification for the modification (signed by LB);
2. 3 originals of the Addendum to the subsidy contract (and, if the case, cofinancing contract(s)/monitoring agreement), signed and dated (with the date of submission to JS) on the last page by the legal representative of the Lead Beneficiary (stamped on each page with the project code);
3. The section of the Application form which was modified, if the case;
4. The revised Annexes of the contract, if the case (stamped with the project code);
5. Supporting documents (in original, or copy according with the original).
All documents mentioned at points 3-5 shall be sent in 1 copy and 1 CD containing the scanned version of the documents. The LB shall confirm in the request for modification that the scanned copies are identical with the hard ones.
