ROBG – 185 “Sommilabour”

What’s the goal?

The project aims to increase employment through provision of trainings in sommelier and investing in human capital, labour mobility and integrated initiatives in wine-selling

Target at the half of the implementation period: 33.000 euro for LB, 25.000 euro for B2

Veliko Tarnovo, Pleven, Vidin, Vratsa, Ruse and Dobrich in Bulgaria (+ Sofia).

How is it going to happen?

What will be the results (what’s the contribution to the Programme)?

Programme outputs: 5 integrated initiatives that will activate the workforce mobility in the cross-border area, 225 participants in joint local employment initiatives and joint trainings, 100 participants in joint educational and training schemes to support youth employment, educational opportunities and higher and vocational education across borders

Programme results: 30.000 people that have access to joint employment initiatives

Project status

For LB the rent of the premises has been paid, according to the signed contract and Annexes with Tsarevgrad Tarnov Ltd. The LB conducted communication and sent requested documents to JS Calarasi regarding the RC and NL related to the requested modification of the AF of the project. Tender procedures were conducted for the implementation of Activity 3: “Delivery, installation and commissioning of specialized equipment and furniture for the construction of a training center” by Lot 1 and Lot 2, & "Construction and assembly works in a training center". Contracts have been signed for translation services of the project, for elaboration of promotional materials and for provision of services–lecture for vocational trainings.

For B2 it was elaborated the purchase for the services translation of the training materials. The contract was signed on 03.08.2018 (№. 674/03.08.2018) with SC EUROTRANSLATE SRL. Тhe team prepared and launched an open procedure for elaboration of training materials. In this way, on 07.08.2018 was signed the contract №. 684/07.08.2018 with SC Romdeca SRL. On 22.08.2018 (with the delivery protocol №. 714/22.08.2018 between ARoTT and SC Romdeca SRL ) were received the Sommelier Phrasebook and 2 thematic modules with following themes: "The skills of sommelier. Sensory analysis of wines”; "Recommendations on choosing wines matching with gastronomic dishes; Role of the sommeliers". During this period of time, the team of PB2 prepared the open procedure for the organization of the events and transport which will include organization of the 8 vocational trainings in Veliko Tarnovo. In addition, the team of B2 prepared the open procedure for the organization of the events and transport which will include organization of the opening and closing press conferences in Romania. The team prepared the acquisition procedure for development of project web site and the team of ARoTT discussed with LB by email or Skype regarding the stage of Addendum and project activities.
