VISA eMS 147 - Cross border Agency for Work Mobility

To contribute to the integration of the CBC area in terms of employment and labour mobility.

What’s the budget?

498,818.29 euro, out of which 423,995.55 euro ERDF

Target at the half of the implementation period: 146,180 euro for Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and 66,420 euro for Association for Sustainable Development Slatina

What will be the results (what’s the contribution to the Programme)?

Programme outputs: 14 types of initiatives that activate workforce mobility in the cross border area; 880  participants in joint local employment initiatives and joint training

Programme results: 15.000 people will have access to joint employment initiatives

Project status

All project team members were appointed. Кick-off meeting was held and Project Joint Steering Committee  was launched. Action plan, financial forecast, plan to reach the success indicators and  quality control criteria , plan of events(2018), yearly review of project progress and annual financial review were completed. Interim partner meeting and PJSC meeting were held.

Communication plan was developed. Lead Partner and Project Partner visual identity, visual identity for PR materials and publications were elaborated and approved. Bulgarian and Romanian media lists were made. 2 press releases were sent to BG&RO media. BG&RO stakeholder lists were elaborated. Contract was signed for the project PR materials. VISA logo was selected. Part of the PR materials were elaborated. The project was presented on a few events. Infotour meetings were held. ADDS press conference was held.

The study on employment&labor mobility was completed.

Office for VISA Agency(Ruse) was purchased & the team moved in. Part of the IT equipment&the office furniture was purchased, paid&delivered. VISA satellite office(Slatina) was established. All VISA Councilors were appointed. Draft of the Internal Guide was elaborated. VISA Agency staff training was held(22-23.02.18 PP developed the content&design of the Guide for Commuters. PP collects information for the development of the integrated tools. The service provider for the elaboration of the VISA web-side&instruments was selected & the elaboration of the web instruments is ongoing.

An indicative calendar of events has been established by the partners.

ADDS councilor provided information services to 12 individuals.
