It will take place starting with 10:30, in the Hall ”Pleven” (ground floor)of Pleven District Administration, Bulgaria ( Square "Vazrazhdane", No.1, Pleven).
The event is addressed to potential applicants of the counties: Veliko Târnovo, Vratsa, Montana, Pleven and Vidin.
